The Four Week Courses
At The Putney Pole Studio we understand how hard many of you find it to commit to a six week course of tuition, and have tailored our program into blocks of four weeks. Each session lasts for one hour and comprises a 15 minute warm up and skill specific muscle conditioning, 40mins of Pole Tuition and a 5 minute cool down stretch. Please note all instructors are ETM qualified.

Beginners 1 is designed for the absolute novice and aims to ease the student gently into the world of dance and fitness. Expect to learn a large variety of simple Spins, dance moves and basic climbs.
Beginners 2 starts to introduce more complex spins encouraging students to build greater localised strength. 1 handed spins are taught as well as more complex climbs, vertical holds and simple drops.
Intermediate 1 introduces 'inverting' or going upside down, simple no-grip holds and more complex drops. Emphasis on styling and sequencing.
Intermediate 2 begins to challenge the now well versed and strong student with more acrobatic moves, re-iterating good technique and safe practice.
Advanced NOT for the faint hearted!!, this course covers an extensive repertoire of advanced aerial pole signature moves acquired from international Masters.
